MyPulse is a collection of free and confidential health and wellbeing resources and services offered exclusively to AT and DPFEM employees and volunteers.


MyPulse offers you access to:

  • Mental and Physical Health Screens
  • Confidential personalised external coaching for eligible health screen participants displaying moderate to high risk factors
  • Free Health Clinic Consultations (including lung function tests for firefighters)
  • Fact sheets, lived experience videos, articles and links to external resources and services
  • Useful information and resources for families and friends

Having balance in life is important for our mental health and wellbeing. MyPulse can help you implement self-care strategies through a range of proactive and preventative resources and services to help you make yourself the priority.

  • Enact positive behavioural change with the assistance of our Wellbeing Coaches
  • Increase recognition of the early warning signs of physical and mental determinants of wellbeing
  • Providing accurate information about physical and mental health issues
  • Supporting resilience, recovery and wellbeing
  • Providing useful ways to engage with and support those who may need support to maintain their physical health and wellbeing, or may be suffering from mental illness
