MyPulse Coaches

MyPulse is a free, confidential and tailored program designed to help you optimise your health and wellbeing.

Mental Health and Physical Health Screens are available to DPFEM and AT employees and volunteers through MyPulse. Each screen takes 5-10 minutes to complete and if moderate to high risk factors are identified, one of our coaching team members (below) will attempt to contact you within 8 business hours to discuss your results.

If eligible, you will be offered a tailored coaching program and matched to an appropriately qualified coach depending on the outcome of your screen and any other information identified during the initial phone conversation. To maintain your privacy and confidentiality, coaching sessions are conducted by external provider Rehab Management.

Health screens may be completed as often as you like as a check in to see how you’re going, however if you have received MyPulse coaching previously you will be eligible again 24 months after your last coaching session (for each screening type).

To learn more about our health screens and coaching, watch this short video from our MyPulse coaches.
